As a Sunshine 811 customer service representative, you take calls and ask simple questions about the location and details of a caller’s digging project. Our system uses that information to notify affected member utilities when digging is planned near their underground services. No cold calling. No sales pitches.

COVID-19 NOTICE: Because your safety is our priority, all positions are temporarily working from home. As a new hire, you will also work from home using your own technology. Because remote work is temporary, a majority of representatives will return to the DeBary office when the CDC and Sunshine 811 management determine it is safe to return. All plans to return to the office will be communicated as they are developed.
