Sunshine 811 open extended hours Labor Day weekend

Sunshine 811 will be open Saturday (9/2/23), Sunday (9/3/23) and Monday (9/4/23) from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. to assist utility members with service restoration efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Idalia.

During this time the Sunshine 811 Call Center and Member Services Departments will have personnel available to receive and process emergency locate requests and extraordinary circumstance declarations and rescinds.
